The program is open to all children between one and four years of age regardless of race, nationality, or religious creed. The term extends from September through May. Your child must be walking and one year, or two years of age before September 1st to be enrolled in the Toddler Program. A child must be three or four years of age (and toilet trained) before September 1st to be enrolled in the Weekday School. Registration is in March for the following September program year and continues on a space available basis throughout the school year. However, no children are enrolled in April or May of the current year.

Registration Fee

The Registration-Materials Fee of $70.00 must accompany this form and is nonrefundable unless 1) no space is available or 2) child moves out of the area and we are notified prior to July 1. No refunds can be made after July1.

Tuition

Tuition is due regardless of attendance and is payable three times a year: July 1, December 1, and March1. (Tuition may be paid each month if that is more convenient.) The first tuition payment is due July1 in order for your child to remain enrolled. Please make checks payable to: First Presbyterian Preschool Program. Tuition may be mailed or dropped in the "tuition box" in the Preschool office. Bills are not issued; payment is considered overdue on the tenth of the month.

Scholarships

Scholarship funds are available for families unable to pay the full tuition fee. Requests for assistance may be made at the time of enrollment or as need arises during the year. Please contact the director.

How to Register

The double glass doors on the parking lot side of the Education Building will be open at 5:00 PM (re-enrolling students and siblings) and 7:00 AM (Community enrollees) on registration days. ( Sunday at 8:00 AM for Church members) The registration form may be dropped in a box located outside the preschool office.

Before you come:

1. Fill out one form for each child

2. Cut out registration form from brochure or print from your computer Click Here For Registration Form

3. Attach payment for registration/materials fees to the form. If paying by cash, you must remit the exact amount.

When you arrive at school:

4. Take the next number from the sheet beside the box and place it on the top right corner of the form. Each child's form must have its own number.

5. Drop form into the box on the table.

If the class you prefer is filled, we will place your child where space is available or on our waiting list. You will be notified by mail.

Monthly Tuition: 1 day/week-$91 per month 2 days/week- $124 per month

Monthly Tuition: 2 days/week $124 per month 3 days/week $156 per month 4 days/week $189 5 days/week $208 per month

Ages: A child must be three or four years of age before September 1 and be toilet trained.

Teacher/Child Ratios: Three year olds 1:8 Four year olds 1:10

Extended Hours: We offer Early Drop-off (8:00-9:00 AM) and After School Care with lunch (noon-2:00 PM) for WDS children on a reservation basis. Call 304-343-8961 for details.
